I am an integrative psychotherapist offering confidential counselling and psychotherapy for adults in private practice.
My work focuses on anxiety, trauma, depression, emotional distress, relational difficulties, and long-standing psychological patterns.

I work integratively, drawing on psychodynamic and evidence-based approaches to support a deeper understanding of emotional and relational patterns. Therapy is tailored to the individual and structured around regular, ongoing sessions.
My Approach as Integrative Psychotherapist
I aim to provide a thoughtful, confidential, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where difficult experiences can be explored safely and in depth. My work is integrative, meaning therapy is adapted to the individual rather than following a single fixed model. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches depending on each client’s needs and presenting difficulties.
Approaches include:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Psychodynamic Therapy
Person-Centred Therapy
Gestalt Therapy
Transactional Analysis
NLP-Informed Approaches
I see the therapeutic process as a collaborative and reflective space where patterns, emotions, relationships, and underlying difficulties can be explored with greater clarity and understanding over time.
Experience
I have worked with adults from diverse backgrounds and cultures, supporting a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties within private practice, charities, and therapeutic organisations.
